The Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) business unit is seeking a high performing Director, Executive Support and Events. This leader has primary accountability for the performance of results of a variety of workstreams, provides leadership to his/her team and develops departmental plans, including business, production and/or priorities. Decisions are guided by resource availability and functional objectives. This leader also participates in establishing strategic priorities.
The Director, Executive Support and Events will help support all HRO executives and event management for the HRO business unit (BU) in the following capacities:
Townhalls – HRO believes that bringing associates together regularly is important to the overall engagement and productivity of the team. Each BU leader, as well as the HRO Executive Vice President hosts townhalls on a regular cadence – oversight of this process is needed. Executive writing – Our HRO senior leadership team members are always looking for different ways to share the wins, messages and news about their team – broadly. Oversight of this new role and process is needed. Large Events – In the HRO, hosting events is serious business! As we grow, oversight of event logistics, attendee experience and ROI / budget is critical. Events include: Annual Senior Leader Summit, client event participation, and others. Leadership Coaching is a part of this team, so oversight of the performance coaching for associates is needed for time management, session tracking, and helping stay on top of the latest trends.The Director, Executive Support and Events partners with HRO Shared Services (SS) Communication to streamline and optimize internal and external communication to provide the right message at the right time.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
5-8+ years Leadership experience within a Client Services Organization BS/BA or equivalent preferred The successful candidate will be intellectually curious and driven to solve problems independently. Someone who is able to listen, observe and understand problems and fiction points in our leadership experience and implement solutions to resolve them. Candidate will serve as the voice of the leaders across the HRO, understanding their needs and working with various development project teams and leadership to deliver the solutions to meet those needs.
