We are seeking a Director-level Enablement Business Partner to lead the enablement strategy and execution for the Small and Medium Business (SMB) sales organization at Salesforce EMEA. This leader will serve as the primary enablement partner to the EMEA SMB Sales Leader and their leadership team, identifying opportunities to design and deliver world-class enablement solutions, advocating for the specific needs of the sales teams, and co-creating programs that align with global business priorities and regional sales objectives.

The successful candidate will excel at leveraging data-driven insights to identify areas of opportunity, providing thought leadership, influencing senior stakeholders, and designing tailored enablement programs that drive productivity and performance. This role will lead a team of enablement professionals supporting SMB EMEA and collaborate closely with AMER counterparts, the broader Enablement and Sales organizations, and key stakeholders to ensure consistency and alignment.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the enablement strategy for the SMB business in EMEA, driving impact through innovative and strategic enablement programs. The position will be based in Dublin, Ireland, in our hub for SMB in the region!

Responsibilities:

Serve as a strategic partner to SMB Sales Leadership, acting as a trusted advisor for enablement initiatives.
Lead and develop a team to support the SMB EMEA sales organization.
Align closely with global counterparts to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing across regions.

Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to identify enablement needs and tailor solutions accordingly.

Partner with Sales Programs and Sales Strategy teams to align and activate against key global initiatives, reporting results and insights to senior stakeholders.
Drive the design and execution of in-role, and career development enablement programs to accelerate sales productivity.
Deliver high-impact enablement solutions by leveraging subject matter experts, both virtually and in person.
Provide thought leadership on enablement rollout strategies, content development, and certification programs.
Collaborate with Enablement leadership to establish and enhance operating rhythms and business reviews.

Requirements:

8+ years of experience in enablement, sales, or sales leadership, with a strong preference for experience in SMB or similar fast moving sales motions.Proven ability to influence and build relationships with senior leaders to achieve business outcomes.Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing teams.Excellent executive presence, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable enablement programs.Experience delivering enablement programs across virtual and in-person settings.High adaptability, problem-solving mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Comfortable presenting to large groups and senior audiences.Experience working with cross-functional, global teams to drive enablement initiatives.
