WHY BOX NEEDS YOU

The Director of eCommerce will drive the Online Sales strategy at Box with a hyper focus on revenue generation, build a long-term plan for revenue growth, and lead the cross-functional build, marketing and product teams toward this goal. They will be a key member of our Digital Marketing Leadership team, and will be responsible for achieving or surpassing the business targets for the eCommerce business.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Your impact at Box Develop and drive eCommerce short-term plans to meet or exceed quarterly ARR targets for the self-serve customer 
Own the Online Sales annual, quarterly and monthly revenue target achievement and drive quick actions to change trends
Develop and execute the eCommerce long-term plan to grow annual ARR targets for the self-serve customer using a PLG approach with a focus on net new acquisition via methods like internationalization, pricing strategy and customer-first digital experiences
Develop in partnership with Build, Marketing and NPI teams the eCommerce product roadmap to digitally enable Box products and features for the self-serve buyer
Establish revenue target achievement model with business partners to enable a Sales-Marketing-Digital team approach
Measure team and individual success against team and role-specific goals and targets
Manage a team of experienced product, sales and marketing managers with a shared revenue goal
Maintain and evaluate the eCommerce budget and resourcing needs to enable the short- and long-term roadmap
Lead communication across all of the cross-functional teams and with leadership and act as the eCommerce and PLG subject matter expert
Champions eCommerce and builds relationships across the Sales, Marketing, Corporate and technical partners across Enterprise and Sales systems and operations

WHO YOU ARE

Passionate about Product Led Growth – with a deep understanding of the customer lifecycle (acquisition, upsell and retention)
Owned an eCommerce business unit with revenue targets
Proven experience and knowledge of the self-serve/digital product purchase experience
Experience leading a multi-functional team including product, engineering, design and marketing Knowledge of customer touchpoints (eMail, In App, Chat) and how to leverage them to enable growth Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
Exceptional experience in data collection, analysis and presentation with a deep analytical ability for investigation
8+ years of Product Led Growth experience in a global SaaS company International growth experience a plus
Understanding of the martech products and features to enable and optimize the online buying journey Knowledge of Salesforce, Tableau, Zuora, Jira a plus
