This highly visible role will empower the US Strategic Accounts organization, driving success through strategic collaboration and innovative analytics.
Accountabilities:
Leverage data to identify opportunities and threats, enhancing decision-making at Alexion.
Define and track KPIs in collaboration with Market Access marketing.
Provide actionable insights using claims data to inform leadership decisions.
Guide the Market Access team in achieving organizational targets.
Act as a central point of expertise, advising on key strategic questions.
Support Commercial strategies with insights that drive growth.
Develop business reviews highlighting performance and growth indicators.
Essential skills/experience:
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (Business, Finance, Engineering, etc)
.7+ years in Business or Financial Analytics
Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to influence at all organizational levels
Proficiency with data tools like Excel, SQL, and Power BI
Strong analytical skills and capability to manage multiple projects
A desire for continuous learning and innovation
Desirable skills/experience:
MBA or advanced degree in a quantitative discipline
Experience in rare disease market analytics
