WE’RE LACING UP FOR THE FUTURE and hiring a Director of Brand Marketing & Go to Market. The marketing team is the heartbeat of Foot Locker and uniquely positioned to bring cross-functional departments together to develop and execute world class marketing campaigns. We are looking for an individual with a solid understanding of brand go-to-market strategy and a people-first leadership style who can thrive in a dynamic retail environment.  

 

You will spend their time balanced between setting brand vision and driving the go-to-market planning strategy while championing cross functional alignment: overseeing brand messaging, product marketing and omni campaign creation, from brief to creation to execution. In this role you will develop and oversee the go-to-market strategy and calendar – including the annual and seasonal promotions and programs. 

 

Responsibilities Own and drive brand go-to-market calendar, planning and messaging strategy alongside marketing channel owners, leveraging consumer insights and data Deliver campaigns and brand experiences that activate our brand platform, The Heart of Sneakers, and drive relevance and demand. Work closely with e-commerce, planning and site merchandising to align on business opportunities, build promotional plans and oversee associated channel briefs Work closely with data team to unlock insights on the existing consumer and identifying new strategies of consumer acquisition Lead a team of marketers across brand and integrated marketing Work with agencies in the creative development process and execution of all advertising campaigns, including social, digital, OOH, broadcast, CTV, mobile, events and more Manage brand budgets; ensure that dollars are allocated and spent efficiently to drive KPIs Partner with FLX, Foot Locker’s loyalty program to drive acquisition, repeat purchase and incremental lifetime value of consumers.  Qualifications BA/BS required/Advanced degree preferred.Minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing, advertising, brand management, preferably a matrix retail environmentStrong knowledge of and passion for sneakers and youth culture, a plus.Successful track record leading and growing a marketing teamCross-functional collaborationExtremely resourceful and proactive in identifying problems and finding solutions with strong ability to comfortably handle multiple high-profile situations simultaneously.Outstanding verbal, written, presentation and influencing skills.Demonstrated ability to set and exceed aggressive goals, thrive in a fast moving yet collaborative environment.Strong budget management skills

Benefits

The annual base salary range is $123000 - $175000 / year. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Salary is one component of the Foot Locker, Inc. total compensation package, which includes the below.
