Develop new bank relationships by introducing InterLINK’s funding solutions through existing contacts, fully integrated marketing campaigns, webinars, and in-person meetings. The ability to utilize financial and balance sheet management knowledge to create customized funding solutions for large banks. Educate bankers on industry trends and legal changes/opportunities through timely communications and newsletters, execute competitive sales practices, and make compelling presentations regarding our funding solutions.
Qualify prospects, assess existing clients’ needs, and expeditiously onboard new relationshipsInitiate and develop new bank relationships by introducing InterLINK’s funding solutionsCreate interLINK Sales presentations to present at prospect meetingsPrepare bank pipeline and present to senior management to provide status update of bank outreach effortsHost webinars to discuss interLINK funding solutions for banks. Prepare decks to present material to customer base. Attend monthly client calls to review bank pipeline, highlight unique opportunities, and provide intel on market place outreach.Travel required to attend in-person meetings and industry conferencesUtilize financial and balance sheet management knowledge to create customized funding solutions for banks. Educate bankers on industry trends and legal changes/opportunities through timely communications and periodic newsletters. Execute competitive sales practices, and make compelling presentations regarding our funding solutions Support the effective and rapid movement of leads and sales pipeline forecastingDevelop sales strategies and effectively interface regularly with various levels of bank employees ranging including CFO and TreasurerPartner across the organization on sales strategy, marketing/messaging opportunities, lead development, and other client facing activitiesCandidates with advanced degrees (Associates, Bachelor’s, and/or Master’s) preferred, yet a High School diploma or GED is required. Candidates with some combination of coursework and experience, or extensive related professional experience, are eligible for consideration.
Experience:
7+ years of experience in the industry with a strong working knowledge of the banking deposit space and an understanding of the sweep administration space.Detail focused and deadline drivenKeep notes and utilize CRM tool for updatesActive listening followed by thoughtful questioningAbility to be strategic and deliver solutions tailored to client needsCollaborative and adept at teamworkAbility to work independently and act as a business ownerAbility to cold call - Develop new lines of communicationAccountable for actions/ dependable#LI-RS1
The estimated salary range for this position is $125,000 to $150,000. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
