Director, Associate Experience

The Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) business unit is seeking a high performing **Director, Associate Experience** obsessed with the focus of developing associate engagement through specialized programming.
This leader will have primary accountability for the performance of results of a variety of workstreams, provides leadership to his/her team and develops departmental plans, including business, production and/or priorities. Decisions are guided by resource availability and functional objective. This leader will also participate in establishing strategic priorities.
The Director, Associate Experience will conduct and coordinate all broad-based HRO associate engagement activities such as:
+ **The Voice** – The Voice is an associate engagement platform that leverages the unique ideas and perspectives of each associate to make work life easier for each other and for our clients. This group manages hundreds of associate ideas from intake to development and org readiness.
+ **Recognition** – HRO has a business unit-wide recognition program planned for FY26, and oversight to the program, measurement, communications and awards is needed.
+ **Service Culture** – With an eye to our clients, our Service Culture programming is an important tenant to how we deliver quality service every day in the HRO space. Creating programming, engaging leaders and associates in awareness and hands-on efforts to leverage the pillars is key to leading with service.
+ **Year End / Themes** – HRO proudly supports associates through high-volume Year End and Open Enrollment periods with themes, rallying around one another, and through Location Leader coordination.
+ **….among many others!** This team has a little bit of everything, but all aimed to ensure our associates have what they need to do their jobs and have a little fun while they’re at it.
**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:**
This leader influences others internally and externally, including senior leaders. A skill set of business maturity, agile decision making, and inclusivity is paramount.
+ 8+ years Leadership experience within a Client Services Organization
+ BS/BA or equivalent preferred
+ The successful candidate will be intellectually curious and driven to solve problems independently. Someone who is able to listen, observe and understand problems and friction points in our associate experience and implement solutions to resolve them.
+ Candidate will serve as the voice of the associate, understanding their needs and working with various development project teams and leadership to deliver the solutions to meet those needs.
+ Broad business perspective and understanding
+ Excellent communication skills (written/verbal) with strong presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to interact with all levels of leadership
+ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
+ Exceptional leadership skills
