Description:The Director, Air Mobility Domestic Campaigns is responsible for U.S. Government Business Development leading a team in the Pursuit and Capture of C-130, LM-100J & Domestic New business. This position will also have overall responsibility for New Business Funds for USG Air Mobility. It will make decisions that posture the company for future growth in orders; provide strategic vision to the Domestic BD team. Tasks will also include participating in discussions on long term strategy and conducting briefings and meetings with Aero & LM Senior Management, customer and government representatives. This position will also work with the Campaign teams to shape, develop and guide successful closure of domestic new business opportunities.
Must be a US Citizen or legally authorized to
work in US as a permanent resident. This
position is located at a facility that requires
special access.
Basic Qualifications:
• Prior C-130 experience in the U.S. Government or Industry
• Business development experience
• Understanding of program management
• Current US Govt issued Secret clearance
Desired Skills:
• Knowledge of Defense Acquisition System
• Knowledge of Program Objective Memorandum (POM) Budget Formulation
• Knowledge of Congressional Defense Authorization and Appropriations Process
• Knowledge of Requirements development process
• Knowledge of Federal Contracting
• Experience with Proposal Development
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
