We are seeking passionate Direct Support Professionals to support children and adults with intellectual and physical disabilities. **Location:** Quad Cities **Position Type:** Part-Time with rotating weekends and holidays. _See below for OPEN SCHEDULES!!_ - Open Schedule #1: **SLEEP SHIFT ($10/hour sleep wage between 10PM-6AM)** + Week 1: Mon 11PM-9:30AM, Sat, Sun 11PM-7AM + Week 2: Mon 11PM-9:30AM, Thur 11PM-7AM, Fri 11PM-9:30AM - Open Schedule #2: **AWAKE SHIFT - no sleep wage - you get the BASE WAGE** + Week 1: Sat, Sun 12AM-8AM + Week 2: Wed, Fri 12AM-9AM **What We Offer:** **- Competitive Wage:** Starting at $17.75/hour + **Shift and Weekend Differential Offered:** $3.00/hour on Saturdays and Sundays, $2/hour for 2nd shift, and $0.50 for 3rd shift. **- Additional Pay for Experience and Education:** + Extra pay for 1 or more years of HCBS work experience. + Additional compensation for related college degrees (AA, BS/BA) or certifications (CMA/CNA) **Responsibilities:** - Provide support to adults with intellectual and physical disabilities. - Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, hygiene, and meal preparation. - Encourage and support clients in community integration activities. - Document client progress and coordinate with team members to ensure effective support. - Ensure a safe and healthy environment for clients. **Requirements:** - High School Diploma or Equivalent - Valid driver's license - Ability to qualify as an approved driver. - Use of personal vehicle required (mileage reimbursement available) - Minimum insurance requirements: $25,000 bodily injury liability (found on **Why Join Us:** This role offers a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities.
