Requirements:
Tertiary qualification (Sales, Marketing and Project Management). Minimum 5 years working experience. Proven experience in external sales and managing a team essential. Call center experience advantageous. Xhosa and English speaking. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams. Ability to manage multiple projects and teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong administration skills. Ability to analyse data, project sales and provide reports. Responsible and reliable. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Ability to prioritise tasks and be adaptable within the environment. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Driver’s license is essential.
Responsibilities and expectations but not limited to:
Drive direct sales by developing and implementing outbound call centre sales strategies. Oversee and assist with call center operations and provide relevant support to the Branch Manager. Provide training and coaching to call center team leaders and agents. Track and manage performance to ensure achievement of team sales targets. Analyse and prepare reports and sales projections. Audit systems to identify areas of improvement. Create a positive and supportive working environment, leading and motivating team leaders and agents. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, generate leads and refine marketing strategies. Assist with developing scripts and sales pitches. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including telemarketing laws and data protection regulations. Stay informed about industry practices and trends.
