Job Summary
This role will be a key leader in developing Molina’s ICHRA business opportunities in support of sustainably growing overall ACA/Marketplace business. This role will be responsible for external and internal facing business development and management of an external facing team. This role will be reporting to the VP of Growth for Marketplace.
Job Duties
• Develop and manage relationships with ICHRA enrollment platform vendors, key brokerage partners, and other key selling partners
• Manage individual contributors that are employer and ICHRA-partner facing
• Maintain a pipeline of employer opportunities and market prioritization of sales attention
• Operate in a matrixed environment to help guide creation of sales/marketing materials in support of ICHRA sales
• Work with internal sales operations teams to setup successful broker selling programs primarily aimed at on and off-exchange employer growth
• Lead creation, documentation and implementation of policies and procedures to maximize efficiency.
• Meet key business sales goals on time and within budget.
• Monitor, analyze and report on key performance indicators
Job Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
• 3+ years ACA/Marketplace Experience
• 7+ years of business development experience in health insurance sales, marketplace and/or group insurance sales, start-up experience preferred
• Ability to travel up to 50%
• Group One Insurance Sales License in one of Molina’s Marketplace States
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• MBA
• 2+ years ICHRA business development experience
