The Dining Room Manager @ Byron Park is responsible for overseeing and ensuring all dining venues provide exemplary customer service to residents, guests and associates.
Pay range: $72-77k/yr
Hiring bonus: $500
What will I do every day?
Promote a hospitality focused culture in all dining venuesManage the front of house team Serve as liaison between guests, residents and kitchen staffRecord production and operational data as requiredCreate effective schedules, plan and forecast labor by budgetInterview, hire, train, manage and retain highly effective associates
What will I need to be successful in this role?
Bring a smile to work every dayBe a great team playerA high school diploma requiredMinimum of three years’ food service experience in a supervisory role requiredPOS user experience Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
Special Requirements/Certifications I may need?
A current Food Handler’s Certificate is required
