What your role is POSITION OVERVIEW This role is of a Digitalization Engineer with focus in maintaining and deliver the Digital Manufacturing technologies for San Adrian Plant aligned with region EUAU digitalization strategy. This role will be responsible for supporting and implementing solutions that execute, monitor, and enhance the manufacturing process, while implementing cutting edge technology to augment and immerse plant floor employees with the insights they need to increase productivity and simplify their overall experience. The position involves rolling out and providing on-going technical support on Digital business applications for San Adrián Plant. The position will be presential, based in San Adrian (Navarra, Spain) RESPONSIBILITIES Data sources management & ownership inside the plant. Scaling of Digital Solutions across the plant. Standardize and deploy across the multiple platforms in the plant. Provide ongoing supports to solutions deployed. Support System architecture. Manage the reports & dashboard standards in plant through Business Intelligence or Advance Analytics Tools. Provide Training to Users Develop Documentation and Training Manuals Co-Work with EUAU region in Implementation of Digital manufacturing Solutions across San Adrián plant such as Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Connected workers and others. Identify and recommend opportunities, solutions and need for change. Adapt quickly and respond effectively to change. Explore and share innovative best practices with others. Assume personal initiative and accountability for results, performance and behaviors. Be comfortable with ambiguity. Engage in cross functional collaboration to identify innovative solutions and optimization. Provide ideas and input to help team achieve greater result. Clearly articulate views in written and verbal discussions What you will bring to the team MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Telecom, Industrial, Electronics or related field. 2+ years of experience required Certifications required: Controls System/MES/Industry 4.0 Certification; PMP (not mandatory) English language proficiency; medium/advanced command in spoken and written English. SKILLS/EXPERIENCES Must to have: Strong Knowledge of Relations database SQL Server and SSAS. Experience in Business Intelligence tools like Power BI, Tableau. Knowledge of manufacturing systems, Industry 4.0 and IIoT Experience working in a high speed, open and global manufacturing environment Demonstrated Organization Skills, Analytical, Problem Solving, Decision Making, Troubleshooting, Interpersonal Skills Ability to navigate through changes and uncertainty with professionalism. Demonstrated ability to motivate and innovate, excellent team building and leadership skills. Able to communicate clearly and effectively with all levels. Experienced in OT related data and communications (Wonderware system platforms, Modbus, OPC UA, MQTT) Nice to have: Experience in Manufacturing Execution System (MES). Advance Analytics Experience (Artificial Intelligence). Experience in MES Integration in manufacturing environment and with Enterprise systems. Automation experience in the areas of PLCs, SCADA, and Historian configuration.
