We are looking for a Digital Transformation Architect to join our team in Kista, Stockholm. In this role, you will lead the digitalization of the cargo handling industry by defining and executing Bromma’s digital strategy. You will play a key role in shaping our enterprise information management (IM) landscape while driving transformation initiatives to enhance our operations.
What You’ll Do
As a Digital Transformation Architect at Bromma, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to:
+ Develop and execute Bromma’s IM architecture strategy across the entire digital landscape
+ Lead major technology transitions, including a global ERP modernization, enhancements to service delivery tools, and process improvements
+ Own Bromma’s data and analytics strategy, with a focus on Google Cloud Platform products (e.g., Data Studio, Connected Sheets), including hands-on development of new capabilities
+ Improve Bromma’s data models and drive increased integration across platforms and processes
+ Implement and optimize AI-driven capabilities to enhance business operations
+ Work with a diverse technology stack, including SAP, Hybris eCommerce, Salesforce, Tacton CPQ, Jira Service Desk, and various custom and legacy applications.

What You’ll Need to Succeed
We are looking for a candidate with significant experience leading digital transformation in large, international enterprises. The ideal candidate will have:
+ Extensive experience in IM architecture and digitalization strategy
+ Background in IT environments within industrial manufacturing companies
+ Broad expertise in enterprise applications and hands-on analytics development (especially Google Analytics and Google Workspace tools)
+ Proven track record in IT project management and Agile project delivery methods
+ A MSc or BSc degree in Engineering or a related field
+ Fluency in Swedish and English (English is our corporate language).
