**Description** **Starting Salary Range:** $117,500-$127,500 - position is also eligible for an annual bonus, if individual performance and company objectives are met. **Key Responsibilities:** + Collaborate with executive leadership to develop, refine, and implement long-term business strategies. + Analyze internal and external environments to identify risks, drivers, and opportunities for growth. + Facilitate strategic planning sessions to align organizational objectives. + Conduct in-depth performance and market analyses to drive optimization. + Monitor industry trends, regulations, and best practices to keep MISO ahead of the curve. + Engage with key stakeholders, providing strategic counsel to enhance organizational effectiveness. + Drive process improvement, technology adoption, and change management initiatives. + Assess constraint risks and develop scenario planning strategies. + Act as a bridge between strategic execution and operational leadership. **What we are looking for…** + Strong background in Digital Technology, Cybersecurity, and Data Analytics.
