**What You Will Do**
The Pratt and Whitney internship program provides valuable exposure to digital technology skills, disciplines, and functions. The candidate will work closely with a Digital Technology team to deliver real results in the areas of business, technology, and process/project management.
The candidate will be responsible for collecting data and requirements from the Asheville engineering department to propose solutions to streamline digital engineering processes and analytics. The candidate will work with experienced Digital Technology analysts to reduce the approval process lead-time for new shop floor instructions, to create visibility for management and improve approval time for critical updates on the shop floor. The candidate will also leverage the following skills

**Qualifications You Must Have**
+ Enrolled in a degree program in Engineering, Aerospace engineering, Computer Engineering/Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems or other Information Technology concentrations.
+ Must be a U.S. Citizen. This position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship.
+ Have a GPA of 3.2 or higher.

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a consistent record of collaboration, innovation, and initiative

This role is:
Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.
_Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility._
The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
