Digital Technical Sales Engineer

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Providing customer service at highest standards, responding to customer’s commercial and technical questions or delegating other type queries to the right owner within the organization Identifying customer needs, understand medium complexity technical requirements, liaising with customers, sales teams, factories and other departments (as needed) and determine best solution to be offered Being available, during normal working hours, to respond promptly on both traditional and digital communication channels, such as phone, email, chat (via drift app), MyEmerson Sizing and configuring the products according to the requirements such as specifications, application fit, documentation, testing requirements, target lead-time and budget Creating a quote in Oracle/ My Emerson  assist with technical recommendations and submit the proposal to customers on time, technically and commercially accurate by offering the best solution Selecting the appropriate technical documentation Making sure Frame Agreements and Price Agreements are followed and specifying a delivery time for the selected products Developing and maintain a sound knowledge of products and applications

For This Role, You Will Need:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in an engineering or similar technical positions Relevant knowledge of the process industry Proficiency in English language (verbal and written) Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Work and PowerPoint) 

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
