The Position

Your Opportunity:

The Digital Support Specialist is a technically-qualified person that strives to achieve business goals through web presence and digital platforms by supporting stakeholders in digital campaigns and projects. The Digital Support Specialist is responsible for supporting Roche affiliates and/or divisions in executing on the digital strategy by delivering a full suite of objectives across the Roche online presence. The role supports stakeholders in developing their digital performance and ensures they leverage the available digital tools in order to meet their overall goals and objectives.

In this position you will be focusing on:
 

Triaging digital request with the right stakeholdersSupport campaign & content implementationProactively researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standardBusiness Process Management: as a centre of excellence, establish process governance principles and maintain proper documentation within the scope of responsibility
 

Who you are:
 

Advanced English required.1 year experience in project management, campaign implementation & optimisation.US VISA (desirable) Great interpersonal and communication skillsQuick learner, passionate about technologies and webDynamic and flexible in working with different toolsGood problem-solving skillsWillingness to work in a fast-paced global environmentDetail oriented, well-organised and efficient with time managementAbility to work in a global environment
