This position reports to

R&D Unit Lead

Your role and responsibilities

Serve as an engineer with focus on supporting technology development and evaluation for industrial robot centered digital products. Address the dynamic needs and unexpressed requirements to support the sales of digital products and ensure the right pain points are handled with a proper problem-solving way.Take ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution. And follow standard procedures for escalation of unresolved issues to the digital global team. Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals.

Qualifications for the role

Master’s degree in appropriate field of study, such as software, computer science, etc.Proven skills in diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues, and analytical mind with problem solving aptitudeStrong communication skills with fluent English writing and speaking, and strong conflict resolution and negotiation skillsAbility to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbalPrioritize and manage several open issues at one time
