Purpose of the Job
This role involves working with agency and brand partners to develop and execute digital marketing strategies, co-creating engaging, relevant social media content, and analyzing performance metrics to enhance our brand’s online presence.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation: Work closely with the communications manager to develop, curate, and manage high-quality content for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns. Digital Marketing Strategy: Implement and manage digital marketing strategies to align with business goals and drive engagement. Social Media Management: Oversee the company’s social media presence, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance monitoring. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor digital marketing metrics, analyze performance, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and other departments to ensure cohesive brand messaging and campaigns. Source best practice from around the world that can be adapted and applied locally. Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to keep the brand relevant and innovative.
Job Requirements:
1. Education:
A relevant and recognized Bachelor’s qualification in Commercial/Marketing
2. Experience:
3+ years of experience in digital marketing or social media content creation. Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and their respective audiences. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms. Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas
