Job Description:

The purpose of the role is to work in partnership with the global SQA Lead and regional SQA managers to deliver the digital capabilities in line with the transformation agenda and the ongoing SQA digital strategy.   The role will partner with functional and digital experts, global and regional commercial leadership teams as well as external partners to set the SQA digital strategy, deliver all digital enablers, drive technology advancements and best practice adoption across Pet Nutrition in sync with our 5+5 strategy. The initial focus will be on process optimization and automation, supplier connectivity, data quality, & data foundation. 

What will be your key responsibilities?

You will lead the co-creation and deployment of the digital strategy for the SQA area in Commercial, including identifying digital opportunities, aligning with internal and external stakeholders and executing the agenda. You will be responsible for the digital budget to provide digital solutions within the SQA scope, ensuring full alignment to Pet Nutrition’s wider digital Strategy to meet and exceed the strategic goals. You will directly manage 3rd party System Integrator (SI) & technology partners, including contracting, supervisory, and deliverables signoff. You will have partner with the SQA lead and regional SQA managers the SQA digital agenda, partnering extensively with functional and digital leaders (VP and Director level) and collaborate with cross-functional global and regional teams. You will be responsible for performing risk, issue, and escalation management when and where required for the multiple projects. You will partner with Commercial Transformation programs with SQA involvement, R&D and Supply teams, Mars Global Services Global Digital Operations & Shepherd program organization to account for all necessary integration, architectural, infrastructure, and service / sustainment requirements. You will initially focus on project delivery and overarching digital SQA strategy, though this is expected to shift towards BAU product management, structures including DevOps, release management and service reviews over time.

You will have extensive of experience and a Bachelor in the field of Technology, Business, Computer ScienceYou will have experience of Information Technology (IT) and managing digital projects, with a proven track record of success in managing projects. You will have experience managing complex IT programs and capabilities with proven business partnering abilities while keeping in mind broader strategy/goals. You will have experienced in identifying and selecting digital solutions that are fit for purpose. You will have experience with new technologies experience preferably with a continuous improvement and DevOps history.
