We are seeking a Dynamic Digital Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will drive sales of our comprehensive suite of digital solutions, including website development, hosting, domain registration, and digital marketing services. Your primary focus will be on acquiring new clients, building lasting relationships, and providing exceptional customer service to help businesses succeed online.

Stockton-on-Tees, TS18 2NB (in-office option) or Remote UK
What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark.
Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
Conduct needs assessments to understand potential clients’ digital requirements and tailor solutions to meet those needs.
Present and demonstrate our digital products and services to prospective clients, highlighting their benefits and value.
Experience in closing sales and achieving monthly sales targets.
Maintain and update CRM records with accurate and timely information.
Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients, ensuring their digital needs are exceeded.
Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed.
Proven experience in digital sales, preferably within the web development or digital marketing industry.
Strong understanding of website and digital marketing services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
The ability to receive and act upon feedback given at any time
Sales: 5+ years (preferred)
