Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to implement the defined digital sales strategy in your specified market scope effectively, to improve ABB’s market penetration and realize growth aspirations in the assigned scope. Each day, you will execute digital sales strategy and initiatives within the assigned scope to achieve both qualitative and quantitative digital sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenue, margin, market share, sales productivity, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by acting as a critical contributor to the digital customer base growth. You will be mainly accountable for:1.\tVolumeSells products/systems/services to customers, achieving business targets for assigned Business Units/Product Groups.2.\tCustomer relations Establishes and maintains effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of full product/systems/ services offering, and align to provide a solution. Ensures a positive customer experience.3.\tNew market opportunities Identifies and drives the development of new market opportunities in the designated market. Identify digital sales opportunities and promote digital solutions to customers. 4.\tAdministration Manages administrative procedures in sales processes , and supports collection and project management activities when needed.
Qualifications for the role-\tBachelor or master degree, Major in science or engineering (electrical automation major is preferred)-\tAt least 3 year’s sales experience in related industries; Strong sales competency with digital capability & knowhow; At least have experience and knowledge of digitalization (automation) project-\tStrong learning ability; customer orientation; Strong sense of responsibility and personal integrity;-\tResult driven; Strong interpersonal and communication skills, be good at team work.
