Job Summary

The Digital Project Manager will be responsible for implementing digital and waterfall projects accross different businesses and areas. The Digital Project Manager sets directions, difines workplan, resources and rituals following the waterfall and/or digital methodology to implement use cases in an agile way. The Digital Project Manager is instrumental to manage project stakeholders and influence towards the project success direction.

Use of business acumen and capacity to translate opportunities into quantified improvement potentialPut in place good interpersonal and negotiation skillsCoordinate a multi-functional team including data engineers, data scientists, UI/UX designers, SME´s, end-users and senior stakeholdersDrive digital mindset within the organizationDrive process improvement within the organizationDevelop expertise on key digital themes in advanced analytics and  process improvement accross different businesses and areasManage projects portfolio and productivity trackingLead diagnostics, business case development and cross-functional Kaizens

Requisitos:

Bachelor´s Degree (Supply Chain, Economics or Engineering)At least 6 years prior experience in supply chain processes2 years experience deploying digital solutionsExcellent analytical and quantitative skillsAbility to lead change and deliver financial results3 years experience in project management (Waterfall & Agile)Effective communication skills across all levels of the organization
