Whether through research and development, technology innovation or solution engineering, our people play vital roles in connecting consumers with the products and platforms of tomorrow. **Job Duties and Responsibilities** As we expand our 5G network and adapt to the evolving television landscape, we aim to enhance our consumer direct/omnichannel capabilities. This role will be key in driving this transformation. Reporting to the Manager - Product Management, the Digital Product Manager will oversee web and mobile apps, as well as internal digital support tools that enable frictionless shopping experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, focusing on user experience and maintaining strong relationships with business leads. Key relationships include Retail Wireless, DISH TV, Sling, Product Management, Engineering, Digital Marketing, and Operations. **Objectives:** + Lead digital transformation initiatives using agile and lean methodologies to grow digital capabilities. + Contribute to a high-performing product team within an agile squad model. + Collaborate across teams to integrate shared experiences and align on priorities. + Drive iterative product development cycles that deliver value quickly and create strategic outcomes. + Analyze feedback and KPIs to continuously improve user experiences. + Engage with stakeholders, including senior leadership, to communicate vision, progress, and impact. **Key Responsibilities:** + Drive the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launch + Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI + Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, prioritize features and functionality, and steward the engineering backlog + Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, and various business teams in the development, digital products, and balance resources to ensure success for the entire organization **Skills, Experience and Requirements** **Education and Experience:** + Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field + Experience in product management, or business analysis within technology **Skills and Qualifications:** + Experience with B2B product management and/or SaaS platforms in the Communications/Media, Financial Services or Retail industry + Strong understanding of agile and lean methodologies, as well as design thinking principles + Experience in product strategy, roadmap planning, and product lifecycle management + Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams + Diplomatic, relationship building and ability to influence people over whom you might not have direct authority + Executive presence and commercial acumen + Demonstrated success in both enterprise and more nimble/startup cultures + Grit, a sense of adventure, and a willingness to learn and explore Visa sponsorship not available for this role **Salary Ranges** Compensation: $72,400.00/Year - $103,000.00/Year **Benefits** We offer versatile health perks, including flexible spending accounts, HSA, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, career opportunities, and a flexible time away plan; all benefits can be viewed here: DISH Benefits .
