Digital Product Engineer Job Description **What is the job about?** This role is critical role of digital product define & design. He or she will be the laison between product owner and product development team. Be able to transfer the digital product market requirements, digital product roadmap to product development requirements and development deliveries. He or she should have strong business sense on understand business application of digital products, like asset monitoring and diagnostics, energy optimization, water system solutions. Support and promote company’s strategy on digital transformation **Your main responsibilities:** + Interact with external clients and work with internal BD, Product Owner to define MRD (Market Requirements Document), including business case analysis, market position, product value proposition, and support on go-to-market and commercialization strategy. + Lead the digital products design including, PRD (Product Requirements Document), functional design, user stories, and acceptance criteria with detail and clarity sufficient for new digital product (software) development and delivery. + Work closely with Product Owner and data engineer to create digital product POC for with data driven on asset predictive maintenance, energy and water optimization. + Working together with UI/UX engineer on product POC, UI/UX wireframe mockup design. + Work together with development teams to communicate the product vision, clarify use cases, requirements and resolve issues arising during development. + Review and approve the requirements, systems design and other business analysis documentation produced by the developer/IT vendors to ensure that the digital product meets business requirements. + Support on pre/post sales activities related to digital product commercialization. + Closely tracking the latest technologies and development trends in the digital field of water system solutions, such as cooling, heating, water treatment, smart factory and building management systems etc.. **Your background:** **We imagine that you have:** + Master's degree or above, preferably in HVAC, Energy and Power Engineering, Automation & Control Technology, Environmental Engineering, Data Engineering. + 5+ years of experience in digital system design & development on EAM/EMS/BMS/AI platfrom or related, including 3+ years of experience application knowledge on water treatment/ cooling/ heating/ water supply systems and etcFluency in English is required **We look forward to hearing from you.** Information at a Glance **Job details** Application deadline: Workplace: Onsite Position Job Location: Shanghai, Shanghai, China Contract Type: Full-Time Employment Type: Regular
