Our chapter members humanize products, services, and experiences by: + Integrating deep research & industry awareness + Impacting product strategy + Driving implementation across all client and associate touchpoints. This position provides business analysis and expertise to support the creation of digital experiences that support our clients and associates. The Digital Product Analyst plays a leading role in all phases of digital product management, including: + Discovering the right opportunities using data + Defining the requirements + Crafting innovative solutions + Supporting client and field readiness + Measuring the business outcomes **Experience Requirements:** + Requirements Management: Proficient in gathering, refining, and prioritizing requirements to ensure alignment with business objectives. + Business Outcome Measurement: Capable of conducting data-backed research and estimations, with the ability to follow up post-implementation to validate hypotheses and measure outcomes. + Communication and Collaboration: Strong ability to communicate effectively and translate between business and technical teams, facilitating collaboration and solution development. + Testing Expertise: Experience in conducting business acceptance testing and user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet business needs. + Call Center Digital Solutions: Prior experience in digital solutions for call centers is a top priority. + Contact Center Applications: Familiarity with technology solutions such as Ginesis, Salesforce, and Amazon Connect. Understanding their capabilities, limitations, and adaptability is highly valuable. + Salesforce Reporting: Experience in customizing Salesforce dashboards and generating reports to meet business requirements. + Technical Translation: Ability to translate requirements into sequence diagrams and APIs for technical implementation. + Agile Team Experience: Experience working within Scrum teams of 9-10 members, with an understanding of the dynamics of multiple squads within a domain or product area. _Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate.
