Global Scaled Services (GSS) is an operationally-driven team of Designers, Producers, QA Specialists and Operations Managers responsible for creating and delivering high volumes of digital assets for Prime Video and Amazon Music.
GSS is seeking a Digital Producer (L4) to lead the day-to-day production of digital assets for Amazon Music while collaborating with internal teams and global stakeholders and external agents to ensure a timely delivery of all design deliverables.
The Digital Producer should excel in project management, creative problem solving, be able to establish scalable processes, have strong communication skills, and enjoy fostering mutually beneficial relationships across the organization.
Key job responsibilities
• Oversee the end-to-end process of creative design production deliverables
• Act as the operational lead to remove obstacles and avoid campaign production roadblocks
• Track and report status of campaign production deliverables to all applicable global teams
• Establish strong relationships with internal/external teams while managing multiple work-streams with competing priorities
• Set expectations with internal and external teams and handle prioritization for all work
• Facilitate project-related team meetings (i.e. kick-offs, status, internal/client reviews, etc.) to communicate action steps that ensure all stakeholders are aligned
• Deep dive into project requirements that may at times be ambiguous
• Continually work to optimize process and workflow
