About the role:
The ‘Digital Platform - Technical Product Owner’ will be responsible for delivering industry-leading platform capabilities to our product development teams enabling rapid development and delivery of high-quality digital banking solutions.
What you will be doing:
Partnering with stakeholders to create product plans and prioritize workWorking closely with your team to craft problem statements, define requirements and deliver high-quality platform capabilitiesWorking with product development teams to discover opportunities for acceleration through automation and component/tooling reuse.Partnering with your peers to coordinate and plan dependencies and downstream work needed to complete our definition-of-doneMentorship to junior Product owners when neededDefining and monitoring key metrics aligned to organizational and departmental goals, as well as tied to the value generation of your product(s)What you will need:
Bachelor’s degree and three years of operational product experience/knowledge. The Certified Scrum Product Owner professional certification is preferred, but not required.Knowledge of financial services industryKnowledge of FIS products and services or similar Fintech solutionsMentorship skills, can mentor junior Product ownersUnderstanding of modern software architectures and development/delivery practicesScaled Agile Framework (SAFe) experience and systems development environment experience are preferredStrong negotiation, organization, management, analytical and people skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization (e.g., executive, management, individual contributors)Positive outlook, strong work ethic, and responsive to internal and external clients and contactsAdded bonuses if you have :
