What you’ll deliver with us
The Sending Services team is responsible for the development and execution of the platform strategy and roadmap. The team is accountable for the performance and optimisation of our digital platforms in support of our customers’ user experience.
Working collaboratively within Freight Services, Strategy and Product Management teams, the Sending team applies Design Thinking and Agile methodology to define, design and solve customer problems.
The role will draw on deep knowledge and experience in the end-to-end digital production process, from initial concept definition through to delivery using design thinking and agile delivery methods to achieve strategy, customer and financial targets and to implement the future vision/roadmap.

Contributing to the definition of the digital platform roadmap for their portfolioCoordinating and delivering successful digital products and experiences aligned to their portfolioDelivery of platform roadmaps based on customer research, usage patterns, feedback, business strategies, competitive review and emerging technology.Proven ability to manage complex technical requirements and digital platforms in a transformational setting
About you
Experience coordinating the delivery of digital experience features within an agile team, from ideation through to deliveryDemonstrable contribution to the development and implementation of strategies, plans and roadmapsStrong experience working in Agile product and delivery teams, requiring significant influence over customer-focused design and technology teams. Proven ability to creatively problem solve and think strategically, and where necessary, outside of the box Experience in analysing and communicating performance data, user testing and feedback, industry best practice and market trendsYou’ll also need
Product design, development and implementation (B2B and/or B2C) Product planning including knowledge of industry, market trends and competitive landscape A solid understanding of the digital development process and software development methodologies, including Agile and Lean Deep knowledge and passion for user experience design, design thinking, interaction design and performance analytics Experience as a ‘Product Owner’ involving digital software development processes primarily in agile and lean methods At least 6 years’ experience in a related role or 3 years as a Product Experience Producer at Australia PostHow we’ll deliver for you
