Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to you will analyze, troubleshoot, and manage incidents, handle the day-to-day operations, escalate cases as needed, delivering value to customers as fast as possible. You will also report issues and feedback to other Agile Teams to improve the products quality and customer experience with ABB Digital Products, keeping customer satisfaction as priority.The work model for the role is: hybrid/remote.This role is contributing to the Electrification Smart Power Digital organization globally.You will be mainly accountable for:• Managing urgencies coming from customers and ABB representatives• Analyzing, troubleshooting and managing reported incidents• Delivery value to customers fastest as possible, keeping customer satisfaction as priority• Handling the day-to-day operations, escalate cases as needed• Reporting issues and feedback to other Agile Teams to improve products quality and customer experience• Creating and identify Knowledge Base articles to improve the products documentationOur team dynamics You will join a dynamic and talented team, where you will be able to thrive.
Qualifications for the roleYou enjoy working in an Agile organization Proven experience in in problem solving Possess a knowledge of incident management tools Experience in troubleshooting complex setups remotely You worked with industrial communication protocols (Modbus, but not limited to it) You have basic knowledge of Linux based IoT devices connected to cloud platform hosted on Azure or AWS You are a problem solver, creative, energetic, self-motivated with an ability to work independently and through stressful situations You are at ease communicating in English
