Job Description

What you'll do :

1. Digital Campaign Management:

Plan, implement, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as social media, email, and web.Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure campaigns align with business goal, brand goals and target audiences.Involved in events, campaigns and roadshow as in when needed

 

2. Data Analysis & Reporting:

Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other analytics platforms.Provide actionable recommendations to improve performance and ROI.

 

3. Operational Support:

Maintain digital assets, including websites, landing pages, and content management systems (CMS).Manage the execution of digital workflows, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy of content.

 

4. Technical Oversight:

Work with IT and development teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to digital platforms.Ensure all digital tools and platforms are operational, secure, and up-to-date.

 

5. Vendor and Stakeholder Management:

Collaborate with external vendors for digital services such as SEO, SEM, and digital advertising.Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align digital strategies with our goals

6. Process Optimization:

Identify improvements in digital workflows to enhance efficiency and scalability.Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies to recommend solutions.

 

Qualifications

More about you:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.2+ years - 5 years of experience in digital operations, digital marketing, or a related role.Proficiency in digital tools such as Google Analytics, CMS platforms, email marketing software, and project management tools.Excellent communication, energetic, always find different ways to navigate to get things doneAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

 

Good to have:

Experience with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or other web technologies.Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation platforms.
