The Pursuits Manager for Digital Natives India will drive strategic growth and significant wins for Microsoft's Digital Natives team. This role involves leading and orchestrating the efforts of Pursuits Account Executives (AEs) to achieve ambitious growth for Microsoft India in the Digital Natives space. This is a unique opportunity for a bold, customer oriented, strategic thinking sales professional to help identify unique prospects and execute deals that drive significant competitive share and revenue.
**Responsibilities**
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ **Strategic Leadership:** Identify growth opportunities, define strategies, prioritize sales plays, and develop go-to-market execution plans to ensure Microsoft realizes its full growth potential within the startups and unicorns space in India
+ **Executive Engagement** **to g** **row &** **t** **ransfor** **m b** **usiness** **:** Identify and engage with executive-level stakeholders and customers to generate new business,building strategic partnerships to accelerate revenue growth.
+ **Customer Advocacy:** Act as a customer advocate focused on helping them digitally transform in their industry. Optimize for customer lifetime value through acquisition, retention, and growth strategies.
+ **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Influence across the company to achieve business goals by activation One MS, ensuring that cross-functional teams are aligned to the strategy and messaging to the customer.
+ **Deal Coordination:** Coordinate with internal stakeholders to assure successful deal closure. Lead deal opportunities across stages, resolving issues as an escalation point
+ **Project Management:** Manage projects in alignment with strategic goals. Share successes, best practices, and learnings internally and externally
+ **People Management:** Drive employee growth and development, execute projects, and manage performance
**Qualifications**
**Qualifications:**
+ 15+ years of experience in building strategic business partnerships through selling or consulting with startups and unicorns, with a focus on digital transformation
+ Proven ability to influence without authority and lead cross-functional teams
+ Strong understanding of India’s startup ecosystem
+ Strong understanding of business and commercial models, including portfolio management, P&L ownership, and business planning
+ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage with C-level executives and drive strategic initiatives
+ Bachelor's degree or MBA preferred; or equivalent experience
