HYBRID role in Vaughan, Canada

 

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Digital Merchandising Specialist to lead Pizza Hut Canada’s digital merchandising execution. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of e-commerce principles, digital merchandising strategies, and data analysis techniques. This individual will play a key role in configuring layouts, running tests, and analyzing sales outcomes to enhance the overall online shopping experience for our customers. This role requires a strong sense of ownership of digital merchandising delivery and determination to achieve key outcomes.

Key Responsibilities: (includes but not limited to):

Configure online content using the Contentful platform, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and consistency across all digital channels Collaborate with marketing, design, and IT, to develop and implement merchandising strategies that drive sales and enhance the customer journey Conduct A/B and multivariate tests to optimize merchandising layouts, product placements, and promotional strategies Analyze sales data and customer behavior to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in digital merchandising effectiveness Develop reports and presentations to communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to key stakeholders Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital merchandising and e-commerce

 Required Qualifications:

Proven experience in digital merchandising, e-commerce, or marketing related field, preferably in a QSR or retail Proficiency in using Contentful or similar content management or configuration tooling Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights Understanding of A/B testing methodologies and ecommerce metrics Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to diverse audiences Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and adapt to changing priorities
