OVERVIEW:
Working as Full-Time Digital Merchandising Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the execution of digital merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and presentation on Fastenal platforms. This role focuses on driving catalog engagement and managing the presentation of products for B2B industrial customer experience. The coordinator collaborates closely with Product Merchandising to ensure seamless product presentation and alignment with business goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
o Assisting in maintaining consistency across product catalog, to enhance system navigation and customer experience
o Working closely with the Product Merchandising team to ensure that product data, descriptions and technical specifications are accurately reflected online
o Supporting efforts to optimize customer journey, focusing on ease of product discovery and navigation for industrial buyers
o Assisting in implementing customization strategies to ensure customers see relevant products based on their browsing behavior and purchase history
o Monitoring the site for any issues impacting product presentation, such as incorrect product placement or missing information and coordinate with the appropriate teams for resolution
o Using analytics tools to monitor the performance of product categories, promotions, and on-site search functionality
REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:
o Possess or are working towards a degree in Marketing, Business, ecommerce or related field OR have at least 1 years of experience in digital merchandising
o Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
o Excellent attention to detail, time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
o Customer-centric mindset with focus on delivering best-in-class digital experience
o Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
o Work independently as well as in a team environment
o Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite

o Pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY)

COMPENSATION:
The base pay range for this position is $40,000 - 60,000. In addition to base pay, this position is also eligible for a bonus and/or commission.
