Key Responsibilities:
This position will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, creating and curating content, and maintaining the organization's website to drive engagement, support brand positioning, and contribute to organizational goals such as acquisition, retention, and awareness.
Social Media Strategy & Management
Develop and execute social media strategies that align with the organization's objectives and target audience.Manage all social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring content is engaging, on-brand, and aligned with the organization's values.Create, schedule, and publish social media posts consistently to promote campaigns, events, and organizational news.Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications to stay ahead of industry changes and implement new strategies.Track social media analytics and performance, reporting on key metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversion) and suggesting improvements.Respond to inquiries, comments, and messages on social media platforms promptly and professionally.Content Creation and Curation:
Work closely with marketing, communications, and design teams to ensure integration of social media and website activities with broader marketing campaigns.Collaborate with external vendors or agencies on special projects (e.g., website redesigns and social media promotions).Create engaging and relevant content that resonates with the target audience, including graphics, photos, videos, and written posts.Collaborate with various departments to ensure messaging is aligned with organizational goals and campaigns.Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, consistency, and grammatical accuracy.Maintain a content calendar to ensure timely posting and alignment with key initiatives.Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all digital platforms, maintaining the organization’s voice and tone.Support internal teams in developing content that supports branding, fundraising, and awareness initiatives.Maintain and update the organization's website to ensure it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and aligned with branding guidelines.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the website content reflects the organization’s values, events, and key messaging.Reporting and Analytics
Track and report on the success of campaigns, identifying lessons learned and opportunities for improvement.Provide regular reports on social media performance, website traffic, and overall digital engagement.Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to inform content and strategy development.Use data and insights to optimize ongoing and future campaigns.Capacity Building & Crisis Management
Implement the Public Engagement and communications capacity-building strategy and plan in close coordination with Operations, People and culture, and the Regional Office. Monitor online conversations and be prepared to manage any potential issues or negative feedback on social media, responding per the organization’s crisis communication protocols.Networking & Coordination
Collaboration with another team in RDC to enhance the effectiveness of the contents in each digital channel and to ensure that the deliverables could benefit the organization’s branding prepositionThe Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree in Digital Communications or Digital Marketing Minimum 3 years professional experience in digital/social media function in company/advertisement agencyPossess in depth knowledge of social trends in Indonesia including defining the effective online advertising channel to target the right audience in every campaign.Excellent copywriting skillsSolid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, Facebook Blueprint, Hootsuite and Google analyticsHands on experience in social media content managementExcellent written and verbal communication skills and must have a thorough understanding of social media management and strategyONLY a shortlist of applicants will be contacted.
