The opportunityDelaware North is hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Park’n Swap in Phoenix, Arizona. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for content management and development with the goal of increasing engagement and traffic to the location. The Digital Marketing Specialist will also coordinate marketing plans for the web site, social media, and SEO optimization.
PayMinimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $47,800 – $62,200 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Oversee SEO, website optimization / updates Responsible for managing all social channels including building presence and responsible for posting to Instagram. Produce content development across all platforms at the property whileensuring brand consistency. Set up tracking utilizing tagging, pixels, and UTMs for all digital campaigns. Analyze and provide key reporting on digital campaigns to effectively inform internal stakeholders of performance trends and to measure campaign goals and objectives. Take the lead in booking and overseeing / liaising with entertainment for our newly developed zone that houses food trucks, alcohol sales and a stage area. More about you Bachelors Degree in marketing, communications, computer science, graphic design, or related field required. Minimum of 1-year managing content for high-traffic website and social media channels. Demonstrable experience with HTML 5 and CSS3. Knowledge of Javascript, Jquery, Adobe CS6 Creative Cloud, Flash..
