Digital Marketing Specialist

Position Overview:

The B2B Digital Marketing Specialist is a results-driven marketing professional who will execute digital marketing tactics to build brand equity and support lead generation. We are looking for a creative talent to join our B2B Marketing Team who is comfortable deploying content across multiple channels including events, email, website, and social media. Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including events, email, website, and social media. Manage content on digital platforms, including blog posts, case studies, newsletters, social media updates, and paid ads. Contribute to lead generation efforts by optimizing landing pages, supporting lead nurturing workflows, and ensuring proper CRM integration. General web updates and coordinating with external vendors as needed. Monitor and report on digital marketing performance Provide administrative support for marketing initiatives, including maintaining marketing calendars, tracking budgets, and managing project timelines

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing within a B2B context. Proven success in digital campaigns and lead generation. Knowledge of digital marketing platforms/marketing automation tools; Word Press, HubSpot, Zoom and Salesforce experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a specific focus on B2B marketing email communications, website applications Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access) Employs a grow mindset. Strategic and innovative thinker with a creative approach to solving challenges. Meticulous, results-driven, and able to work collaboratively in a cross functional setting. Proactive and capable of driving initiatives with minimal supervision.

Salary Range: $65,643.18 - $87,524.25

Annual Bonus Potential: 5%
