Join our rapidly growing business in a new role as Digital Marketing Manager, focusing primarily on B2B, corporate and recruitment acquisition marketing. Your primary focus will be driving digital lead generation and effectively managing PPC and paid social media campaigns. As a digital marketing expert, your role will be pivotal in enhancing our online presence and accelerating brand awareness and customer acquisition. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you will play a significant role in defining our digital marketing strategy and contributing to the company's ambitious growth targets. Responsibilities Digital Strategy Development: Lead the development and execution of aligned digital marketing strategies across B2B and Corporate marketing to support the ambitious growth targets of each part of the business. Primarily focus on brand awareness and acquisition.Digital Lead Generation: Devise and implement strategies for digital brand awareness and lead generation (in-house), optimising conversion rates and return on investment.Paid Social Media Management: Execute and manage paid social media campaigns, ensuring alignment with business unit specific marketing objectives and audience targeting.PPC Management: Oversee and manage PPC campaigns, including keyword research, bid management, and campaign optimisation for maximum efficiency.Analytics and Reporting: Analyse campaign performance using digital analytics tools, provide insights, and make data-driven recommendations to enhance digital marketing efforts.Cross-functional Collaboration: You will support several key areas of the business from commercial marketing (including Care Homes, Education and Healthcare) to corporate marketing (including recruitment & brand). As such you will be required to work in tandem with all the B2B marketing teams, HR and our Digital Marketing Executive to integrate digital acquisition initiatives within wider marketing strategies.Line Management: Management and strategic oversight of a Digital Marketing Executive whose key responsibilities include organic social media management, management of apetito.co.uk and digital brand reputation.Wider Business Support: The apetito Marketing team support and collaborate with the wider business on numerous other projects so you will be expected to step outside the digital world and contribute at internal and external events, conferences and more. About youQualifications and Experience:
Essential:
Demonstrable experience in digital marketing, specifically in lead generation, PPC, and paid social campaigns.Deep and current knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools including Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager & X Ads Manager.Experience implementing full-measurable marketing campaigns integrated with CRM.Strong analytical capabilities with a knack for interpreting data to inform decision-making.Robust project management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.Desirable:
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar platforms.Experience working with a CRM such as HubSpot.Experience in a similar sector and/or B2B marketing.Line Management experience.Personal Qualities:
