Your role and responsibilitiesAre you a creative and driven professional with a passion for digital marketing? We are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital communications strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in our ABB Drives Division in New Berlin, WI.Position Overview:As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will report to the Director of Marketing and Communications - Drive Products, US. This hybrid role (#LI - Hybrid) offers the perfect blend of remote and on-site work, allowing you to thrive in a flexible environment.You will be mainly accountable for:•\tDevelop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our website.•\tManage and optimize online advertising campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).•\tCollaborate on the development of digital communication strategies, including project roadmaps and KPIs.•\tMonitor and report on metrics related to marketing automation programs, analyzing results to identify necessary course corrections.•\tDrive lead generation through digital marketing tactics and manage the lead management pro-cess as it relates to digital marketing activities.•\tProspect and target potential leads via social media platforms to expand our reach and engagement.•\tSupport and develop the marketing and sales teams’ awareness and capabilities in Salesforce and marketing automation best practices.•\tServe as the digital communications liaison with the Global Motion digital team.
Qualifications for the role\t5+ years of experience in marketing or a related field, with 3+ years of experience with Par-dot/Marketo or other marketing automation systems and Salesforce.com or any other marketing automation. \tProficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).\tStrong understanding of marketing principles and various marketing concepts and tools such as CRM, marketing automation, lead management, public relations/traditional media, social media platforms, and digital marketing.\tExperience implementing and monitoring automation campaigns.\tStrong analytical skills to generate recommendations and prioritize lead generation activities.\tUnderstanding of how to use social media in an overall demand creation approach.\tCandidate must already possess a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the United States.
