We are looking for a Digital Marketing Lead Nordics who has a passion for patient health outcomes, with a drive to create innovative solutions, to come join our Nordic Team to be based in one of the Nordic Countries

About the role

In this standalone role as Digital Marketing Lead Nordics, you drive omnichannel campaigns aligned with the country’s brand and marketing plans across therapeutic areas (TAs). You collaborate with local marketing, brand managers, medical, and market access teams to implement multichannel engagement with stakeholders based on brand plans (ISP). The work includes ensuring alignment and execution of digital initiatives to enhance patient value and stakeholder engagement, particularly for healthcare professionals (HCPs). And maintaining strong relationships with local marketing and media agencies.

Who you will work with:

You will work closely with the Mid Market digital business excellence partner and global omnichannel teams to localize marketing campaigns. And collaborate with local marketing, brand managers, medical, and market access teams, to implement cutting-edge digital solutions tailored to local stakeholder and ecosystem needs. You will report to the general manager.

What will you do:

Implement and localize EU omnichannel campaigns based on local insights, regulations, and brand plans (ISP).Manage local digital omnichannel projects in the Nordics, from KPI definition to performance and ROI monitoring.Align and discuss digital initiatives with the Digital Business Excellence Partner Mid Markets for coherent digital transformation.Collaborate with IBM and internal stakeholders to develop and implement local digital materials.Analyze and track omnichannel campaign outcomes with marketing teams to ensure ROI and campaign success.Use digital channels (social media, websites, education platforms) to engage HCPs and patients. And align patient-focused solutions across cluster markets and integrate Patient Support Programs, UCBCares, and HCP Portals.

Interested? For this position you’ll need the following education, experience and skills:

Several years of experience in digital, omnichannel delivery, and digital marketing within preferably the pharma industryProficiency in English and a Nordic languageBachelor's or master's degree in business, digital marketing, digital communication, or Life Sciences with relevant omnichannel skillsSkilled in various digital communication channels and tools (e.g., programmatic advertising, website CMS, SFMC, Drupal, Webinar tools)Proven ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and implement impactful omnichannel solutions. Experience working with SCRUM methodology is a plusStrong business planning, tactical development, and execution skillsUnderstanding of appropriate compliance and regulatory guidelinesDemonstrated leadership in cross-functional project teams.
