Job DescriptionE-Commerce / Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for executions of digital media and e-Commerce activities, digital marketing campaigns, online advertising, and search engine optimization for Minor Hotels and subsidiaries.The main focus of this position is to acquire new quality traffics to land on Brand.com websites for the direct purchase opportunities by developing digital marketing and e-Commerce strategies along with execution & measurement plans. The digital marketing efforts include Search Engine Marketing (PPC), Mobile, Display, and Remarketing Advertising, and Search Engine Optimization  (SEO).This position will also support the Corporate e-Commerce Department for overall strategies, actions, and regular performance analysis and reports to maximize the productions and revenues on direct Brand.com channel.This position will also require the development of training skills to become a trainer to hotels for e-Commerce & Digital subjects on regular basis.Implementing and executing Minor Hotels short-term and long-term digital advertising strategies in line with corporate initiatives.Ensuring optimal fine contents & images on landing pages as well as advertising banners or video assets of all Minor Hotels brands.Supporting hotels and other corporate departments to manage and leverage online channels & platforms that could generate revenue through direct Brand.com channel.Coordinating and managing partners and agencies the execution of e-Commerce activities and implementing new e-Commerce initiatives through online channel.Developing and optimizing the online contents, images, links, & translations to maximise ranking/visibility of properties on various search engines.Measuring, analyzing, and reporting e-Commerce & digital performances and suggesting tactics improvements and new activities.Producing regular web traffics and campaign performance reports for each channels as required by and communicate with hotels and regionals along with findings and best practices.Serving hotels as a support contact point and knowledge base throughout MH Flow ticketing system.

QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field, preferably in hospitality.Proficiency in SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, and website management.Strong ability to analyze web traffic, KPIs, and ROI to drive performance improvements.Ability to coordinate and execute online campaigns, and manage timelines for hotel site launches.Excellent communication in English to collaborate with global teams, agencies, and partners.Familiarity with digital advertising models (CPA, CPC, CPM).
