Digital Marketing Executive

Job Overview

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for managing Mitie's social media accounts. You will contribute by creating and executing social marketing campaigns that generate brand awareness and leads.  

Reporting directly to the Head of Growth and Demand Generation, you will join a community of strong marketers each covering key disciplines of marketing. You will work in collaboration with other marketing specialists and business teams to deliver outstanding campaign work, that breaks the mould on what our industry has seen before.

An ideal candidate will be passionate about digital marketing, and have experience is managing social media and using marketing technology. You will need to be tech-savvy, have great attention to detail, creative, have good copywriting skills and be analytical. 

Main Duties: 
Manage and monitor Mitie's corporate social media accounts 
Develops engaging, creative, and compelling content for regularly scheduled posts 
Interacting with the online community and responding to enquiries 
Collaborating with Marketing, PR, Communications, HR and Business Units to develop content and align strategies. 
Audit and analyse social media presence and monitor and optimise social media campaigns. 
Deliver accurate digital reporting to company management to demonstrate effective return on investment (ROI) 
Design digital visuals including social media creatives, website banners etc.  
Deliver paid social media campaigns.  
Liaise with digital advertising agencies and project manage campaigns across the business 
Keep up to date with current digital trends and marketing technology tools 

Qualifications:
A successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the below:  
Marketing Digital Qualification  
Atleast 3 - 5 years' experience in social media  
Knowledge and experience of using Marketing Automation Hubspot, CRM, Social Media Software systems and Google Analytics is preferred 
Broad knowledge and understanding of digital communication activities 
A creative approach with good copywriting skills 
Exceptional organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
