We're looking for a UK Digital Marketing Director for our Global Integrated Digital Marketing team.
A dynamic and commercially astute Digital Marketer with 5-10 years of experience, adept at developing and executing comprehensive digital strategies to drive business growth. Skilled in working independently and collaboratively within complex matrix structures, leveraging in-depth digital channel knowledge to deliver measurable results and support JLL's ongoing success in the UK market.
This Digital Channel Strategy Director combines strategic vision with hands-on expertise to drive digital transformation and deliver exceptional marketing outcomes in a dynamic, global environment. With a focus on leading and continuous learning and professional development, this role is pivotal in supporting JLL's growth ambitions in the UK market.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with local business objectives and global best practicesAccountable for JLL.co.uk website, utilising Adobe Experience Manager CMS to optimise content, improve SEO, and drive unique visitor growthLead, optimise and monitor performance strategies across all digital channels for the UK market, regularly tracking KPIs and proposing improvementsLead the digital channel strategy & create a comprehensive digital journey map for UK campaigns, working closely with in-house experts across various digital disciplinesDevelop and deploy UK lead management strategy, optimising the process from generation to CRM integrationOversee MarTech tools deployment and adoption in UK, ensuring best practices and governanceCollaborate with global teams and align strategies with country counterpartsEnhance email marketing effectiveness through improved contact data management and audience segmentationPromote digital activities and share insights with local and global teams to drive continuous improvementResponsible for promoting digital marketing tools and solutions to the UK Marketing & Business teams.Collaborate closely with offshore teams to execute digital strategies, providing clear direction, excellent communication skills and ensuring rigorous quality control.Required Skills and Attributes:
5-10 years of experience in digital marketingHighly analytical with proven ability to develop insightful digital channel performance reports and utilise data to drive decisionsSkilled problem solver, adept at finding innovative solutions to complex digital marketing challengesAgile and adaptable, thriving in fast-paced, ever-changing digital landscapesStrong ability to manage complex matrix relationships and collaborate across diverse teamsConfident in advising on digital marketing channels, trends, and best practicesExceptional stakeholder management and communication skillsConfident in challenging the status quo and driving positive changeBusiness fluency in English (written and spoken)Location:
