All while understanding that together we are even better. **Job Location: Monday-Friday - Remote** **The role you’ll contribute:** The Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for implementing and executing digital marketing strategies to promote AdventHealth. Working closely with the Executive Directors and Directors of the Digital Marketing department, you will manage special projects, analyze data, and develop new ideas to improve digital marketing service offerings. The coordinator directly supports the project flow of key, cross-functional, Digital Marketing initiatives to ensure accurate and timely completion of special and ongoing projects. If you’re passionate about digital marketing and want to join a fast-paced, dynamic team, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity **.** **The value you’ll bring to the team:** **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** • Coordinate and manage special projects in assistance of Executive Directors of Digital Marketing department • Create and/or edit PowerPoint presentations • Solicit and collect information needed and represent information for special projects in visually impactful ways • Anticipate project coordination needs and proactively collaborate with key stakeholders • Track timelines and due dates for deliverables, reviews and approvals • Assist with the management of budgets and track expenses related to digital marketing tools, digital media and technologies • Accurate and timely processing of monthly invoices for the department, ensuring all invoices are coded and documented correctly • Tracking and reporting of three-monthly department budgets, forecasting future expenses, and ensuring costs do not exceed budget • Coordinate with external partners, such as agencies and vendors, to execute digital marketing projects • Generate reports as needed • Stay up to date on industry trends, digital marketing tools and technologies Qualifications **The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:** **KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:** • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite **KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS PREFERRED:** • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Demonstrates ability to adapt to new situations and responsibilities • Demonstrates problem solving skills • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data • Invoice processing and budget management experience • Knowledge of digital marketing channels, terms and tactics **EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:** • Associates degree or equivalent.
