Digital Marketing Coordinator

As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will be the key point of contact for managing the processes and operations of our digital marketing campaigns. You will assist with planning, coordinating, and monitoring the day-to-day execution of marketing projects, ensuring all timelines, tasks, and team communications are on track. This role does not require hands-on execution of marketing campaigns but focuses on operational management and maintaining seamless communication within the marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Process Management: Oversee the coordination of digital marketing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring smooth transitions between tasks and teams. Calendar & Task Management: Maintain and manage the marketing calendar, including campaign schedules, content deadlines, and project milestones. Ensure deadlines are met by tracking and assigning tasks. Cross-functional Communication: Facilitate communication between the marketing team, designers, content creators, external vendors, and other departments. Act as a liaison to ensure alignment on campaign objectives and timelines. Meeting Coordination: Schedule, organize, and document team meetings. Ensure action items and next steps are clear, and follow up with team members on progress. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation on marketing projects, campaigns, and schedules. Help in providing status updates and reports to senior leadership on the progress of various initiatives. Process Improvement: Continuously assess and suggest improvements to workflow processes and communication practices to ensure efficiency and productivity. Budget & Resource Tracking: Assist in tracking the allocation of resources (time, budget, and personnel) across marketing projects, ensuring efficient use of company resources.

Qualifications:

Experience: 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related field, with a focus on project management, coordination, or operational support (execution of campaigns is not required). Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for keeping teams aligned and informed. Proficiency with project management tools and marketing tools. Detail-oriented and proactive in managing schedules, deadlines, and resources. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented mindset. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).

For roles that are based at our headquarters in Milpitas, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.  

Annual Salary Range- $65,000—$75,000 USD
