Key Accountabilities

Work closely with the Director of Digital Marketing to produce, curate, and track a variety of content types for publication through multiple digital channels and management systems, including The Peninsula Tokyo website, social media channels, e-mail direct mail, online marketing campaigns, digital advertisements. Perform regular website review as well as review of The Peninsula Tokyo’s online presence in third-party websites such as: OTAs, Ikyu, MyNavi, Luxa, etc.  Update website contents in a timely manner. Champion online hotel reputation management by maximizing Revinate to monitor and analyze guest comments and review.

General Requirements

Native Japanese speaker with strong command of English. Excellent writing and language skills. Proficient in sourcing and managing content designed for online media. Previous marketing, communications, public relations or digital marketing experience specifically in web-related project management experience and web analytics
