POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Analyst with 5-7 years of experience to strategize and execute our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing analytics, digital marketing strategy, campaign management, performance tracking, and data-driven decision-making. You will be responsible for developing and optimizing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns that drive traffic, generate leads, and increase brand awareness. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize digital marketing campaigns, enhance customer engagement, and contribute to the company’s growth objectives.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS INCLUDE:

Digital Strategy Development & Execution:

Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, display advertising, content marketing, and affiliate marketing.Align digital marketing initiatives with business goals, ensuring consistent brand messaging and customer engagement.Stay current with industry trends and digital marketing best practices to recommend and implement innovative strategies.

Campaign Analysis & Optimization:

Analyze digital marketing campaigns across various channels (SEO, PPC, social media, email, display ads, etc.) to assess performance, ROI, and key KPIs.Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness, targeting, and conversion rates.Conduct A/B testing, multivariate testing, and other optimization strategies to continuously improve campaign results.

Budget & Resource Management:

Manage and monitor digital marketing budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently to maximize ROI.Track expenditures and report on the effectiveness of spending, making recommendations for future investments.

Performance Reporting & Analytics:

Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts to stakeholders and senior leadership.Leverage digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) to track performance metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for ongoing campaign optimization.Evaluate digital marketing performance against set KPIs and adjust strategies as necessary.

Customer Journey Mapping & Segmentation:

Conduct analysis of the customer journey to identify key touchpoints and optimize each phase of the funnel for maximum engagement and conversion.Create customer personas and leverage segmentation strategies to deliver personalized marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement.

Website & Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):

Work with the web development and design teams to improve website user experience (UX) and conversion rates.Lead efforts to implement CRO strategies, including landing page optimization, form optimization, and call-to-action improvements.

Market Research & Trends Analysis:

Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify digital trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.Monitor and evaluate the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement in digital marketing strategies.

Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:

Work closely with the content, SEO, PPC, social media, and creative teams to ensure alignment and optimization of campaigns across all digital platforms.Assist in the development of digital marketing strategies and tactics, providing data-driven insights to inform decision-making.

Technology & Tools Management:

Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing tools, platforms, and technologies, ensuring the use of cutting-edge solutions for tracking and analyzing marketing performance.Manage and optimize analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.), ensuring accurate data collection and reporting.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.5-7 years of experience in digital marketing analysis or a similar role.Proven track record of analyzing and optimizing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns with measurable results.Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and web analytics.Expertise in digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, HubSpot, or similar platforms.Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio).Experience with A/B testing and data analysis techniques.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.A collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally.Minimal travel will be needed once per quarter.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or similar digital marketing platforms.Familiarity with CRM systems and email marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Mailchimp).Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and customer journey mapping.
