Purpose Statement:  The role is responsible for optimizing and managing the processes and systems involved in manufacturing operations using digital technologies. They utilize tools such as automation, data analytics, simulation, and machine learning to improve efficiency, quality, and agility in manufacturing processes. Their role involves implementing digital solutions to streamline production, reduce costs and enhance overall performance in manufacturing facilities.

Key Job Accountabilities:

Develops Manufacturing solutions/ Provide services that are innovative, high-quality, cost-appropriate, and satisfy all stakeholder's (customer, manufacturing, material, agency, etc.) needs and requirements through an established area of technical expertise and mentorship of others within siteDemonstrates effective communications through interaction with customers (internal and external) regarding project technical subject matterDemonstrates expertise in Plexus Manufacturing process, Product Requirements & Specifications on small to mid-size projectsDemonstrates the ability to work independently in multiple phases / processes without direction from mentors or functional management, as it applies to their roleAuthorizes and prioritizes the release of software and how and when the change takes effect. Produces comprehensive project documentation based on the needs of the project and in accordance with the quality and change management procedures and guidelinesEstablish and maintain the global standards to enable best practice sharing and knowledge transfer

Education/Experience Qualifications:

A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or science is requiredMinimum Five (5) years of related experience is requiredAn equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered
