Digital Learning - Project Senior Analyst - AVP
The project senior analyst role within the Digital Learning Technology team is responsible for supporting the full lifecycle of delivery and reporting applications owned by Citi Learning. The focus of this role is to ensure the health of our platforms, analyze and report on usage/ROI, play a critical role in the selection and onboarding processes for new platforms, and contribute to the management of our vendor relationships. Participating in RFPs, onboarding new technology, completing analytics around the existing tools and vendor management are some of the key tasks for this role. The onboarding requires working with business partners to analyze and understand all requirements, in addition to supporting our technical partners as this is approved through Citi security, architecture, data privacy and other processes. This position will play a key role in working closely with stakeholders to prioritize digital learning tools and roadmap. Vendor and relationship management will also be a key component of this role as this person will work closely with vendors to lead them through the onboarding process. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and support our direction and decisions. Key Responsibilities: + Manages multiple technology initiatives including (but not limited to) the creation of project plan, stakeholder management plan, central project issue log and detailed reporting to senior leaders + Identifies key stakeholders who will participate in project scope definition and identify, document, and understand project requirements and dependencies + Applies a proactive approach in consistently tracking project progress against goals + Assesses projects for potential areas of risk and escalates when appropriate + Partners closely with the implementation services and technology teams to define project scope and objectives through the implementation phase + Works closely with business partners / product champions to define and document requirements for the technology solution including integrations within our learning ecosystem + Participates in RFPs, gathering requirements and onboarding new platforms + Collaborates with technical partners to achieve alignment with Citi security, architecture, data privacy and other related processes + Consults with business partners to identify issues and problems, generate solutions, and choose appropriate alternatives using basic root cause analysis + Promotes good working relationships across projects, exemplifying the people skills needed to develop trust and communication among stakeholders: its sponsors, those who will make use of the project's results, those who command the resources needed, and project team members + Contributes to defining the product roadmap for learning systems and driving enhancements through vendor relationships + Configures our learning systems to achieve the desired outcome while managing new features and capabilities + Owns all management reports on a given engagement + Participates in workgroups for system implementation projects including (but not limited to) technology, reporting, change management and training. + Provide strategic direction for the systems in the learning ecosystem, acting as product owner Qualifications: + 2 years of project management experience with the ability to develop detailed project plans, manage individual deadlines and goals + Organized, efficient, and meticulous attention to detail + Committed self-starter with a demonstrated history of strong work ethic and reliable task completion + Experience managing vendor relationships, including strong consulting and relationship building skills + Awareness of onboarding requirements (information security, architecture review, cross border data privacy, SaaS) a plus + Awareness of risk management process a plus + Comprehensive knowledge of the principles of business analysis + Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor content to audiences across clients, development team, and management + Proficient in MS Office applications, MS Project, MS PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat Professional + Experience working with learning systems a plus Education: Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent ------------------------------------------------------ **Job Family Group:** Project and Program Management ------------------------------------------------------ **Job Family:** Project Management ------------------------------------------------------ **Time Type:** Full time ------------------------------------------------------ **Primary Location:** Jacksonville Florida United States ------------------------------------------------------ **Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:** $79,120.00 - $118,680.00 In addition to salary, Citi’s offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
